The Client
Houlton operates across three main areas – Building & Maintenance, Construction and Developments, supported by their Plant division. Whilst Goodwin Development Trust are a not-for-profit organisation who are a registered provider of social housing among an array of other services.
The Project
The project was constructed for Houlton, in partnership with the Goodwin Development Trust. We delivered a bespoke mixture of housing solutions, which were used to get vulnerable, homeless individuals off the streets into safe, quality accommodation. Houlton acted as the principle contractor on the project with the client being Goodwin Development Trust who housed the residents.
