Certification Processes
Totally Modular have gone through an extensive certification process to ensure that all our modular homes are mortgageable with various comprehensive warranties available.
Totally Modular have also secured a plethora of accreditations which show our dedication towards assurance and providing a healthier & safer workplace. Our processes are streamlined, therefore maximising productivity and minimising risk.
The Totally Modular system, house types design, factory, processes and procedures have undergone a rigorous review under the Build Offsite Property Assurance Scheme (BOPAS) which provides assurances to the members of ‘UK Finance’, that our homes will deliver a consistent performance over a determined durability of a minimum of 60 years, as in line with traditional build warranties.

We take health and safety very seriously at Totally Modular and with the vast majority of our work being carried out within the factory we are able to monitor our workforce more closely and minimise the risk of injury.
All site work is carried out under strict supervision at all times. It all helps to reduce ‘down-time’ and increase productivity – a win win for everyone.
